How to fix your Bose Quiet Comfort II Earbuds Bluetooth Problems

If you're experiencing Bluetooth problems with the Bose Quiet Comfort II (2) Earbuds and have tried resetting them multiple times with no luck, call Bose customer service and ask them to replace them! They will replace them for free and send you the newer version of the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultras for free.

Those Bose Quiet Comfort 2 earbuds bluetooth constantly disconnected and had lag between the phone connection quite often. After updating the new Bose Quiet Comfort Ultras, I am no longer experiencing this problem. Thank you Bose for admitting your mistakes and correcting them! Makes me like Bose a bit more long term.
