Mid April is when the park starts clearing the roads of deep winter snows to make many parts of Yellowstone accessible. Ryan and Sparky have gone multiple times between mid April and mid May and have had great success before the big crowds of summer arrive.
Shares favorite locations such as LeHardys Rapids, Hayden Valley, Madison River, Firehole Geyser Basin, Lamar Valley to Pebble Creek and more. He also highlights Grizzlies, Black Bears, Bison, Bighorns, and even Mountain Bluebirds, White-faced Ibis, and Harlequin Ducks.
