Maple Tahini Dressing
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup filtered water (add more if it’s too thick)
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Directions: add ingredients to a jar with a lid and shake until combined or you can blend in a blender if you don’t want any garlic chunks
