Naohisa TAKATO
Naohisa Takato is triple World Champion. He won gold in 2018 in Baku, 2017 in Budapest and in 2013 he won the title in Rio de Janeiro for the first time. Takato won bronze at the worlds in Chelyabinsk in 2014. He won the World Junior title in 2011 in Cape Town. In 2009 Takato became World Cadet Champion also in Budapest. He was Olympic bronze medallist in 2016 in Rio. In 2017 he added his third Paris victory. Takato won various Grand Slams in Moscow, Tokyo, Paris (4), Düsseldorf and Masters.

Hifumi ABE
Hifume Abe became World Champion in 2018 in Baku and 2017 in Budapest. He took bronze in Tokyo in 2019. Abe became well known since he won the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing in 2014. He fought the World Junior Championships final in 2014. Won silver at the World Cadet Championships in Miami. He won the Grand Slam in Tyumen and Grand Slam in Tokyo in 2016 as youngest winner. In 2017 he won the Grand Slams in Paris, Tokyo, Ekaterinburg and Düsseldorf. World Mixed team gold in Tokyo in 2019.

Shohei ONO
Shohei Ono of Japan is the 2016 Olympic Champion of Rio. He became World Champion in 2015 in Astana and 2013 in Rio de Janeiro. In 2019 he added his third world title in the Budokan against Rustam Orujov. Ono won the World Junior Championships U20 in 2011 in Cape Town. Ono Shohei won the Grand Prix in Dusseldorf in 2015, 2016 and Grand Slam in 2018, 2019 and 2020. He captured gold at the Grand Slam in Osaka in 2018. World Mixed team gold in Tokyo in 2019.

Takanori NAGASE
Judo World Champion 2015 Takanori Nagase won Olympic bronze in Rio 2016. Nagase won the Universiade in Kazan (Student World Championships) in 2013. He won the All Japan Championships in 2015 and the IJF Masters in Rabat U81kg. In 2013, 2014 and 2016 he won the Grand Slam in Tokyo. He claimed a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Osaka in 2018. He took silver at the Grand Slam of Ekaterinburg in 2019 and gold at the Grand Prix in Montreal and Zagreb. Nagase won the Grand Slam in Brasilia in 2019.

Shoichiro MUKAI
Japanese judoka Shoichiro Mukai lost the World Championships final U90kg and won the World Junior Team title with Japan in Abu Dhabi in 2015. He won bronze at the Grand Slam in Tokyo in 2017. Mukai won the Grand Slam of Paris. He captured gold at the Grand Slam in Osaka in 2018. He took a bronze medal at the Grand Slam Düsseldorf in 2020. World Mixed team gold in Tokyo in 2019. He claimed a bronze medal at the Grand Slam of Osaka in 2019.

Aaron WOLF
Japanese judoka Aaron Wolf became World Champion in 2017 in Budapest. He took bronze in 2019 in Tokyo. Wolf won his first Grand Prix in 2015 in Mongolia and continued winning the Grand Prix Tashkent in 2015. Aaron won the Kodokan Cup in 2015. In 2016 Wolf took bronze in Paris and Baku Grand Slams. He won silver at the Grand Prix in Düsseldorf in 2017 and won gold at the Grand Prix in Budapest in 2018 and 2019. He took gold at the Grand Slam in Osaka. Wolf is All Japan Champion of 2019.

Hisayoshi HARASAWA
Hisayoshi Harasawa won Olympic Games silver in Rio 2016. He took silver at the 2019 World Championships in Tokyo and bronze in Baku in 2018. He took eight World Tour victories. He won the FISU Universiade in Gwangju, Grand Slams of Tyumen, Tokyo in 2015 and Paris Grand Slam in 2015 and 2016. Grand Slam silver in Paris in 2019. He took silver at the Grand Prix in Montreal and Zagreb in 2019. World Mixed team gold in Tokyo in 2019.
