Nanindigan si Davao del Norte First District Rep. Pantaleon Alvarez na walang mali sa kanyang panawagan sa Armed Forces of the Philippines na bawiin ang suporta nito kay Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. kaugnay ng isyu sa West Philippine Sea.

Tiniyak rin ng kongresista na haharapin niya ang anomang imbestigasyon at kaso na posibleng isampa laban sa kanya.
