Head Pressure/Comfort Test on Different Head Straps Designed for the Quest 3

Описание к видео Head Pressure/Comfort Test on Different Head Straps Designed for the Quest 3

In this video, the head pressure was tested on several different head straps designed for the Quest 3. (with a DIY pressure sensor that displays relative pressure)

The less pressure needed to keep the headset stable, the more comfortable.

Except for the pressure on the forehead/top of the head/cheek, other discomfort points include hot/sweat, fog, and lens pressing on the glasses frame. Those all come from the sealed/solid facial interface/light blocker.

The Globular Cluster CMQ3 comfort mod enables you to play without the solid facial interface, turn your Quest 3 to the Quest Pro Open-face design. Designed with enough grip/support and weight distribution/balance, it's not wobbly, actually still stable under very small tighten level/head pressure as the video shows

The Open-face mode, at first, feels a bit weird, but once get used to and actually engaged in the gaming, still immersive. No fog, glasses friendly, much cooler, no pressure on the cheek
