We have a super fun no-repeat structure today with decreasing time! This style of strength training is great for building muscle and endurance! There will be both compound and isolation exercises for a full body burn!

There will be 9 rounds each focusing on a particular muscle group. Each round will alternate between the upper and lower body. The rounds will include 3 different exercises starting at 60 seconds, then 45 seconds, and finally 30 seconds of work. We will have 10 seconds of rest between exercises and 30 seconds between rounds.

You will only need your dumbbells for this training session and weight will vary from moderately heavy to moderately light throughout the set! Adjust your weight accordingly in each round to keep everything challenging, but with good form! With that, here are our exercises!

- WALL SIT WITH ALT. LEG EXT.
- WALL SIT HOLD

- TRCIEP OVERHEAD EXT.

- DIPS
