Episode 3 - Making New Galvanised Wheel Tubs | Caravan Build Series | 1978 Millard Mini Pop Top

Welcome back to our Caravan Build Series!

In this episode we rip out the old broken plastic wheel tubs and make some brand new galvanised ones.

Stay tuned for Episode 4 coming soon where we tackle everything to do with the top of the van including refurbishing the fibreglass poptop, install a new poptop skirt, as well as run wire in it for lights, insulate and install pine VJ paneling. We replace the old rotten poptop collar with new Miranti and add aluminium supports and frame work. We also seal off all of the joins in the top of the van with a liquid rubber paint.
