Yes I know he wasn't even evil yet when he was still Rexford Lewis, and he hadn't even become Cobra Commander yet when he was going as "The Doctor", but it's still the same character so I included it. I also included some of the beginning narration segment of Retaliation with him bc its adds to him, and it's just neat.
