I edited the volume in the video editor for the ringtones🎶 and music🎶 to make it much quieter🔇 because they are too loud! so the volume of the sounds is not accurate to what you hear, they are much louder ^_^

my review: the quality of the call is quite poor meaning the person who hears you on the other end can not hear you very clearly. When you are texting, you have to manually change the setting to lowercase every single time you send a text, the setting does not save. if you do not do this, it will automatically send your texts as uppercase. this fault means that it takes a VERY long time to type and send a simple text. when you listen to music with earphones, the volume is extremely dangerously loud at the lowest setting, so loud, that you can hear it even when you hold the earphones far away from you. you can not change this. so, as a phone, I do not recommend. I want to get another hello kitty flip phone that is the same as this but the adult version which is higher quality, this one is a kids version so it is poor quality.
