The ex-immigration minister's 'knowledge gap' in whether or not Rwanda and Congo are different countries raises questions about the 'quality of minds in charge at the moment', says Shelagh Fogarty.

This comes as government minister Chris Philp was questioned by an audience member about the government's new Rwanda Bill and what this meant for those travelling to the UK from the neighbouring country of Congo.
