Ingredients:
Bread - 200 gms ( sides of the Slice Bread )
( you can also use Regular Bread / Slice Bread )
Milk - 1 litre ( preferably Full Cream Milk )
Sugar - 8 tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
( or you can add ½ tsp of Green Cardamom powder or Nutmeg powder )
Salt - 1 pinch
Eggs - 4
Sugar - 5 tbsp ( to make caramel )
Baking bowl = Size 8 inches

Notes:
If you're Caramel liquid hasn't spread evenly in the baking container or cooled down before spreading. Place the baking container on a gas stove on low heat & let the Caramel melt slightly, then swirl the container around so that the Caramel spreads evenly. Wait for it to cool down completely before adding the bread mixture into the baking container.

How many slices of bread to use: Simply check the weight mentioned on the Slice Bread packet. If its 400 gms. Then you need to use half the quantity of slice breads. If its 800 gms big packet of slice breads, then use 1/4 quantity of the slice breads. Simple!
