Когда Великий комбинатор Остап Бендер разворачивал перед членами шахматного клуба Васюков великолепные перспективы превращения их города в мировую шахматную столицу, он всего-то и хотел что получить смешную сумму в сто рублей и чтоб не побили. Но человек, провернувший примерно такую же авантюру с целой страной, замахивался на гораздо большее. Сегодняшний мой рассказ о том, как русский эмигрант и международный жуликБорис Скосырев стал королём Андорры.
