A video of Adhir Ranjan is going viral, in which he is heard telling people at a rally to vote for BJP instead of TMC. TMC got angry on this and appointed Adhir Ranjan Choudhary as an agent of BJP. At the same time, the central leadership of Congress distanced itself from the statement of Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary. However, Bengal Congress claimed that Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary's video has been tampered with. But this issue is gaining momentum.

बंगाल कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष अधीर रंजन चौधरी के एक नये बयान पर TMC और कांग्रेस आमने सामने आ गई हैं। अधीर रंजन का एक विडियो वायरल हो रहा है, जिसमें वो एक रैली में लोगों से ये कहते हुए सुनाई दिए कि TMC के बजाय BJP को वोट दें। इस पर TMC भड़क गई और उसने अधीर रंजन चौधरी को BJP का एजेंट ठहरा दिया। वहीं, कांग्रेस के केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ने अधीर रंजन चौधरी के बयान से दूरी बना ली। हालांकि बंगाल कांग्रेस ने दावा किया कि अधीर रंजन चौधरी के विडियो से छेड़छाड़ की गई है। लेकिन ये मामला तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है।
