The winner of this league will represent the Philippines internationally in Thailand in June 2024.

The UST Junior Golden Tigresses (players in grades 7 through grade 11) win against DeLaSalle Zobel for a 3-0 undefeated record in the elimination round with 2 more games remaining before the top teams advance into quarterfinals.
