Latest tool for the cave is an XY cross slide vise for use on the drill press for milling and better accuracy at drilling
Price paid was £18.18 GBP about $25
5 inch jaws
Very untidy grinds on the slide ways
But after some filing and rearranging I know have a very cheap but very useful workable tool, not for amazing precision but ok for the average Joe.
