Since some people requested to see all of the Koopaling cutscenes in the old video, I have decided to record the other ones! They are the exact same with the exception of the sprites and heavier Koopalings cause a bigger ground shake.

To trigger these cutscenes, obtain both warp whistles in World 1 and use them to warp to World 8. Defeat Bowser, and then proceed to the Airship levels in the previous worlds. Since Princess Peach has already been saved, these cutscenes will play.
