Make Exciting Circle Accent Explosions in After Effects

There’s two parts to an accent explosion.
First draw out a vertical line with the pen tool.
Open the shape layer and add a Repeater. Increase the copies to 12.
Then open transform and increase the rotation until the lines form a circle. Then adjust the Y anchor point to spread out the lines.
For the next part. Grab the ellipse tool and draw a circle.
Hit S on your keyboard and animate the scale from 0%-100%.
Now open the circle shape and go into the stroke. Animate the Stroke Width to fade the circle out.
Now you can duplicate these elements to create unique circle explosions.
