If you can eat alone in a restaurant, you can do anything in life.

It might sound weird at first, but hear me out.

I meet and observe soo many people every month and I notice that most of them seek validation from whatever group they are a part of. And so their motivation changes from seeking truth to doing what the group thinks is “right”.

Most people don’t want to stand for what they believe and think.

It’s mob behaviour. Group think. Bhed chaal.

Doing something cause everyone’s doing it and not because YOU want to do it.

And this has consequences.

No one ever became an outlier and did something extraordinary following the set path.

I would’ve never been where I’m today if I hadn’t dropped out and went all in with business and content 2 years ago.

And you’ll see this repeat in every story you listen to.

A free thinker came along, decided to not follow the herd, and created something people had never seen before.

The ability to be confident in your own self and not seek validation for the sake of it will change your life.

It’s uncomfortable at first, but liberating with time.

Going alone for a walk. Going for a solo trip. Going to eat alone.

Practice discomfort. You’ll thank yourself later.
