Here's the recipe for Air Fryer Crispy Skin Pork Belly:

Ingredients:

1 lb pork belly slab
2 tsp salt (for meat)
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
2 tsp Chinese fermented black bean sauce (ground)
2 tsp baking soda (for skin)
2 tsp salt (for skin)
Water for marinating skin

Instructions:

1. Prepare the pork belly by cutting it into a size that will fit in your air fryer. Make slits about two fingers width apart on the meat side.
2. Marinate the meat side with 2 tsp salt, white pepper, Chinese five-spice powder, and Chinese bean sauce. Massage the seasonings into the meat and flip the pork belly over.
3. For the skin side, sprinkle 2 tsp baking soda over it and add 1 tsp water. Massage the baking soda mixture into the skin until it's evenly coated. Then, sprinkle 2 tsp salt over the skin and add another 1 tsp water. Massage the salt mixture into the skin.
