Isang SUV driver ang hinuli at tinekitan ng mga tauhan ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority dahil sa illegal parking sa Mabuhay Lanes.

Ngunit sa halip na sumunod, nilamukos nito ang tiket at tumakas matapos makipagsagutan sa humaharang sa kanya na MMDA personnel
