You can beat The Fear by lying under a trip wire trap. Next, take the fake death pill,be sure to have stun grenades equiped. Take the pill and wait for The Fear to get close to you and the trap. Once he turns his back to you, revive and throw a stun grenade at his feet while still in the prone position. Simultaneously stand up as the grenade goes off,tripping the trap to hit you and The Fear. Might take a try or 2 to get it down,but when you get it right it will stun and defeat The Fear in 1 go. He will also drop his spider camo since its a non-leathal defeat.
