The plaintiff bought a car from one of the defendants. He said it ended up breaking down in the middle of a snowstorm and had to be towed. He’s suing for a refund, tow fees, and mechanic fees. The first defendant says he bought a car from the other co-defendant. He says he sold it to the plaintiff but later learned it was a lemon. The other co-defendant says she sold the first co-defendant the car but told him the car had lots of issues with it.
