True Freshman QB John Rhys Plumlee is one of the fastest QBs we’ve seen in college football over the past few years. Former Heisman winners Lamar Jackson & Kyler Murray might be the only QBs who are faster than Rhys Plumlee. He has speed like a wide receiver & makes people miss like a running back. There are no questions about his legs, but people want to see him improve more as a passer. With that being said, his arm isn’t bad at all.
