kj66/ Kamps Run clip and strip down for bearing change.
The clip of the engine run is from early 2018 been shown before just got round to stripping it down for the first time the NGV has moved a bit and needs fettling to even up the clearance also compressor needs clearing I had set the clearances tight .
it was built on the cheap runs steel caged bearings, compressor wheel is KKK but an odd one had to reprofile the compressor blades down to 6mm working height the inducer is only about 42 mm.
NGV made same technique as Kamps with 13 vanes but overlap made with 1mm see through as KJ66 .
The diffusor is is same dimensions as KJ66 but fabricated, wedges are pined/glued on and outer vanes are slotted and glued I would not recommend it but it worked.
Only low power due to soft turbine wheel only gives 2.85 kg at 0.7 bar 10 psi but runs very cool at 300c I am trying more angle on turbine wheel now twisted to 40 degrees.
