2024 Elections | ANC expected to haul Jacob Zuma before a DC on 7 May: Sandile Swana

SABC News has reliably learnt that the ANC is expected to haul is former president and now MK Party leader - Jacob Zuma - before a disciplinary hearing on Tuesday, 7 May 2024.

This has been revealed in a notice set down by the ANC's National Disciplinary Committee.

In the notice dated 24 April 2024, Zuma is informed that he is facing two counts.

The first one is that he contravened the ANC Constitution when on the 16th of December 2023 he publicly endorsed the newly formed uMkhonto weSizwe Party.

Secondly, he contravened the ANC Constitution when he appeared on the candidate list of the MK party.

Zuma may be represented by any member of the ANC in good standing at the hearing.
