2 Pound Leg and Thigh\Skin Off

2 Tsp Olive oil

🌸Seasonings
2 Tsp all purpose season
2 Tsp chicken season
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp Maggi cube

🌸Fresh Vegetable
1 Small Tomato
1 Stalk Scallions
1 Small Onion
2 Cut Scotch bonnet pepper
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
4 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Tsp browning or dark soya sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 Tsp browning
1 Tsp pimento seed or ground

🌸Sauce
1 Cup Liquid from your tray or Water
1 Tsp oil
1 1/2 Tsp ginger
1 to 2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tsp bbq sauce/ optional
1 Tsp brown sugar

Baked for 40 minutes in total

200 degrees Celsius
