పల్నాడు జిల్లాలో వైకాపా మూకలు రెచ్చిపోయాయి. అరాచకాలతో భయభ్రాంతులకు గురిచేశారు. తెలుగుదేశం శ్రేణులపై ఇష్టారీతిన దాడులకు తెగబడ్డారు. అభ్యర్థులపైనా దాడికి దిగి వాహనాలను ధ్వంసం చేశారు. ఈ క్రమంలో చాలా చోట్ల బీభత్సం సృష్టించారు. కత్తులు, ఆయుధాలతో రెచ్చిపోయి తీవ్ర విధ్వంసం చేశారు. పలుచోట్ల పోలీసులు ప్రేక్షకపాత్రకే పరిమితం అయ్యారు.
