CORRECTION: In the video I mentioned the maximum heating point of gel wax as 170C but it's actually 100C/230F. However because the microwaving process takes quite long, the temperature of the container will feel much hotter than that and you need heatproof equipment to deal with it. Using a pot + water bath on the stove is the best option for melting candle gel wax.
In this video I tested out some weirder ways to make squishies! These are products designed for a different use but can also be used in the same way as squishy or jelly resin. I was particularly impressed by the candle wax which produces crystal clear results just like Hitohada Gel or Squishy Gel. It's also compatible with glitter, gold leaf, dried flowers and anything else you can think of. Because the material is pour and melt, there's no risk of it not curing so you will always get the same result with the perfect consistency.
