泡鲁达，小春卷——云南夏日里的经典小吃【滇西小哥】

弟弟买了些食材回来，我看到有新鲜的椰子，就做点小吃吧！泡鲁达是滇西地区特有的冷饮做法，据说吃法是从缅甸过来的，泡鲁达也是缅语音译成的中文。小春卷就很百变了，可以裹上任何你喜欢的食材～油炸，直接卷起来吃，都很棒！

Paoluda is a typical cold drink in Dianxi, and it’s said to be originated from Burma, with its name being the transliteration of its Burmese sounds.
