Monster Sucker Mod • Arlen Ness External Breather • M8 Softail Street Bob FXBB • Stage III

In this video, I update my Arlen Ness Monster Sucker with an external breather mod to avoid blowing oil and hot gasses back into my throttle body. You've probably seen plenty of info on the oil buildup and carbon deposits that happen as a result of this OEM configuration. There is no off-the-shelf kit for an Arlen Ness external breather vent system for this intake, so I came up with a modification to make it happen. This inexpensive, discreet solution takes care of the problem. I'm just venting it to a Uni filter at this point, but I may add a catch can in the future. I've installed this breather kit on my 2019 Harley-Davidson Softail Street Bob FXBB with Stage III, but this same modification could be done to any bike with the Arlen Ness Monster Sucker.
