Ninja Gaiden Black - Nicchae, Ishtaros, and Marbus Boss Fights (Very Hard Mode)

Well 2 of the boss fights were pretty good..

Ishtaros is normally really tough but the consistent openings make her less frustrating to me. I also feel like I usually messed up my timing when I get hit as opposed to Alma Awakened where the entire fight just feels random. I'll try to get a better fight against her later, she goes down pretty quickly to Gleaming Blades if you get lucky with her just swinging around.

Nicchae is fairly easy (on Very Hard.. not so much on MN. I found her to be the hardest one of the 3 on MN, Ishtaros is basically the same.) and the arena is actually helpful rather than deadly like the one in the Alma fight.. You can use Wall Run to avoid her projectiles or catch her with Flying Swallow when she's too high to hit normally. That area of effect grab is a bit ridiculous but manageable here since she's on her own. Marbus is actually a bit annoying and really random, he shouldn't be that hard but he's really tanky and can be a problem if you ran out of items.. Like I did at the end.

The one thing that really bothers me about this game is you attack some bosses during their "openings" and get instantly grabbed instead..
