Hey, sis! Is it time for you to fast? In today's video, I share 4 ways we can know it's tiiiiime for us to do a Biblical fast. As Christians and women pursuing the heard of God, fasting is a spiritual discipline, something that Jesus molded with His words and His life and it's not a matter of "if" we fast, it's definitely more of a "when" we fast (Matthew 6:16). The first fast I ever did was the Daniel fast and it truly changed my life. Fasting is a powerful way for us to encounter God, experience a breakthrough, and overcome temptation. I hope you enjoy!
