My name is Daniella and recently I got Vaser Liposuction Procedure done at Manchester Private hospital. Was the procedure tedious? Not at all! I live a bit far away from the hospital and hence, the administration was really helpful. I came for a face to face consultation and thoroughly explained what can be achieved.The coordinators answered my questions first hand and before I could meet the surgeon. I was then given the date for the surgery after preoperative screening got completed by the nurse. This was such a breath of fresh air as my experience in other clinics have not been so favourable. I felt extremely comfortable. I was given the option to choose between two surgeons. The one I chose was an extremely skilled and experienced surgeon. He understood my concerns and listened to me patiently. He helped me to choose my problem areas and did not encourage me to go for unnecessary procedures while explaining all the risks and complications.
My surgeon was extremely honest with me which was a change from all the other places I visited earlier. He didn’t boast about his other Vaser liposuction stories but helped me paint a realistic picture for my body.

Were you anxious before the procedure?

I have had no previous surgery experience. I was feeling a bit jittery but since Vaser Liposuction Manchester private hospital didn’t make me wait too long on the day, it helped me to cope up with my anxiety.

How was the recovery?

For Vaser liposuction aftercare, I was prescribed some antibiotics and pain relief medication. There was some leakage but it was a part of the recovery process and it got better after the initial 48 hours passed. Within a few days I was able to drive and continue with my daily chores. I went back to the hospital after a week and the nurse re-examined me and noted down the progress followed by the review with the doctors after 8 weeks. I was reminded about the dos and don’ts such as resuming exercising only after 6 weeks and wearing compression garments.

Are you happy with your results?

I am more than happy. As you can see on my Vaser Liposuction Vlog, I didn’t expect such positive results. My clothes don’t fit me anymore and I have to shop for new ones! Even though it will take 6 months to see the end result, I feel like I am getting my older self back and my confidence has improved considerably.
