At Play Like A Girl, we've taken the insult to "play like a girl" and turned it into our manifesto. 1 in 3 American girls are overweight or obese, largely due to physical inactivity. Together, we can change that for future generations by coming together and disrupting the status quo. Our goal is to inspire girls, regardless of their circumstances to lead healthy, fulfilled lives by teaching them the values of healthy diet, regular physical activity and positive self-esteem.
