PUSH UP BOARDS-HONEST REVIEW

Is the push up board a great piece of workout kit or is it just another exercise gimmick that ends up under the bed gathering dust?

Another thing the manufacturers of these boards need to consider, are potential customers with colour vision deficiency. Perhaps labelling each exercise with numbers, letters or even symbols as well as using colour would be a good option?
