On our recent visit to Jaipur, we came across Mahaveer Rabdi Bhandar and they have been selling one of the most famous dishes Aloo Pyaz Paneer along with Matka Roti and Lacche wali Rabdi. This 100 year Old place makes almost 200 kgs of sabzi everyday along with 100 kg Rabdi and more than 20 workers work day in and out to make this a success..
