These Flavors are De-Li-Cious!!!

This dish was amazing. In fact, so good I will have to do it again, which I don't usually do. The smoky flavor mixed with the roasted tomatoes and collards was delicious and went so well with the Shrimp. AND the Parmesan Cheese in the Grits was beyond good!! Also, I am sharing just a little of how I make my sourdough bread and the book that has gotten me over the fear of working with sourdough starters. Enjoy and let me know what you think!
