What Are Best,Worst & Moderately Good Fruits For Patients Of Diabetes Mellitus

This video talks about 3 groups of fruits for diabetics based on their content of sugar.
These three categories include those fruits which have highest of sugar and should preferably be avoided by diabetics and these include mangoes,figs,dates and grapes.
Then comes the fruit category containg moderate amount of sugar like oranges,apples,Pears,plums and bananas and can be used by diabetics in moderate quantities.
Finally comes the category which contains least amount of sugar and are best for those suffering from diabetes Mellitus and include kiwi,berries,strawberry and blueberry.
