(+) All damage dealt (not including sentry damage) fills the Building Upgrade meter, press your Special-Attack key to upgrade all of your buildings to Lv3
(+) Using the Building Upgrade meter also heals all of your buildings if already Lv3
(-) -40% construction speed for all buildings
(-) -20% repair rate
