Meatball Recipe🌱

1.5 lb Ground Beef (85/15)
2 tbsp minced Parsley
2 tbsp minced Basil
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1 diced Onion (Caramelize)
1 Egg
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper

1. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl. Form mixture into multiple small balls and set aside,
2. Once the balls are all formed and there is no more meat mixture. Transfer all the meatballs onto a lined baking tray.
3. Back at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
4. Add meatballs to sightly boiling marinara sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve and Enjoy!

Tip: caramelize your onions before adding to ground beef, adds a sweeter and better flavor to the meatballs
