In this video we will explore the production processes of square steel pipe. There are 2 basic production processes for square steel pipes:
1. Producing square steel pipe from steel plate. The steel plate will be removed from the coil, cut to the design size and shaped into a square steel pipe
2. Producing square steel pipes from round pipes. The round tube will run through the injection mold to shape into a square steel tube. This method is applied to large square steel pipes, which need high strength and bearing capacity.
In addition, in the video, we will also see the bolt production process at a factory in Korea
