[GPO] TORI REWORK

-tori's talons have haki imbued in them
-transformation takes % stamina over time. hybird takes less and full takes more
-tori does have a "logia bar" but instead of being immune to attacks, it heals for 50% the damage dealt over the span of 5 seconds. this consumes 1 logia bar and applies to all sources of damage including ones that would damage a regular logia user, tori's "logia bar" is also capped at 10 bars and regens alot slower. similar to a regular logia bar it will only start to regen once all bars have been depleted.

ex: tori user gets hit by a attack that does 100 damage.
1) user takes 100 dmg
2) depletes 1 logia bar
3) over span of 5 seconds user heals 50 hp back

ABOVE ALSO APPLYS TO ATTACKS THAT DO LIKE 3 DMG LOL (just get grevious wounds)
