KADAM is India’s first indigenously developed polycentric knee for an Above Knee Prosthesis (AKP), developed by the TTK Center for Rehabilitation Research and Device Development (R2D2) under Make in India campaign in association with Society for Biomedical Technology (SBMT) and Mobility India. The technology has been licensed to Mobility India who will mass manufacture and take KADAM to the market, along with overseeing the process of measurement, fitment and training, ensuring easy access for the users.
