Can STAMPS Imprint on EPOXY RESIN?

Will these STAMPS leave their imprint in EPOXY RESIN?


In this video I attempt to use journaling stamps in epoxy resin to see if I can get the imprint from the stamp to stay in the resin. To my surprise it worked really well even though I did end up ripping two of the stamps. 99% of the detail from the stamp was imprinted in the resin and using the mica powders really made the details pop out. Overall I think this one was a success.
I think this could be a great way to get a lot of detail into resin work but there has to be a better way for this method to work. In my personal opinion I think the stamp was just too stiff. Maybe a softer stamp made of a softer silicone would have worked better and had an easier time getting out of the cured resin.
