Out of Nowhere, I'm Devastated.

I'm having a particularly difficult day, and I wanted to share some of the aspects of depressive episodes that go with the bipolar component of schizoaffective disorder.

I went through periods today of devastation and just a general feeling of heaviness and despondency, but hoping that it is not the start of a prolonged episode.
