So in reality, this is me diving head first into the new patch, with all mid Thresh builds being severely crippled from item changes and, more importantly, rune changes, and I try to see for myself how Thresh Mid handles all of this.
With AD Thresh (aka Oneshot Thresh, Crit Thresh, Energize Thresh, etc) most grievously damaged from the item changes and removal of all energize items besides Rapid Firecannon and Voltaic Cyclosword, I try to use the old "Musashi" build idea of combining AP and AD to have two forms of burst that can be seperately applied (AD Ratio on E burst, AP ratio on combo burst). The original build made heavy use of Energize items that worked well with the magic penetration of Stormsurge and Sorcerer's Shoes, but that's all but annihilated.,
It's unfortunate the build was nerfed, then removed before anyone even knew what it was as it was my favourite Thresh playstyle over anything I've ever played before, but it's time to try new things again and see what we can do.
