In this video I will show you how to setup a talking mascot in OBS Studio through the use of a few OBS Plugins and advanced streaming bots such as Bikubot and MixItUp. You can set up this cool on stream effect as a Twitch chat command or as a Twitch Channel point redemption. The whole action can bring the cat on screen, speak the viewers message with text-to-speech and then slide off screen once it's done.
