Dramatic changes in the world of work have made HR even more complex and challenging. It can be a tough job. This webinar will help you to ‘reach in’ to build inner strength, and ‘reach out’ to develop strong stakeholder support and increase organisational impact.

HR people want to make a positive difference to both their organisations and to employees. This can create tensions and challenges.

The session will be supported by the findings from research carried out by both Marion and Deborah, however the focus will be on giving you their thoughts and perspectives on what would make a meaningful difference to both how we feel about our work and the difference we can each make.
