Magolor Speedart - Kirby's Return to Dreamland - Project Dream

Magolors Speedart for Project Dream is here! Wow, this was a fun one! While the final piece is one of my favourite pieces I've ever made so far, I'm also really proud of how the video presentation turned out! It still took me a bit of a while to get this one out, so I'm sorry about that, but schools been a little rough so far. And not the actual, you know, academic part of it... It's... other stuff.

Anyway, once I had started doing Project Dream and announced it to you all, I knew straight away that I would draw this moment from Return to Dreamland for Magolors piece, and wow, I am happy with it! I actually played through Return to Dreamland again too, and defeated Magolor while this very video was rendering, and a flood of happy memories from 2011 just bombarded me. ^^

Honestly, this piece is very different from stuff I usually do, I personally think it would make for a really cool T-shirt design, which I would make if it weren't for, you know, legal reasons. Anyway! Now, technically all of Wave 3 is done! And because of that, we have our first "Big Interlude" (name pending). Of course we've had interludes like the Sphere Doomers and Parallel Meta Knight, but they weren't a part of Project Dream. These Big Interludes however, are! The usual interludes by the way, also usually will have a connection with the next Project Dream piece, like how in Magolors Speedart, the art of our heroes was reused from the Sphere Doomer video. But who is that character at the end, who's gonna be in this interlude? Only time will tell... ;)

And finally, Happy Birthday, Heroes in Another Dimension! What an amazing sub-game. The cherry on top of Star Allies. ^^

- Project Dream Lore -

Shortly after the defeat of the Queen Sectonia look-alike, Kirby finally had some time to relax a bit. Him and King Dedede went to go and gather the rest of the gang. Once everyone was together, Kirby explained what he went through so far. Everyone felt uneasy that these copies were starting to crop up everywhere, but of course being heroes, none of them were ready to back down. After resting for a bit and grabbing a bite to eat, a very concerned Magolor found the gang and told them that the Master Crown had reappeared at Halcandra, but before being able to obtain it and seal it away, it flew off completely on it's own. Kirby and co. go looking for the Master Crown, stumbling upon a familiar battleground where they soon found the crown... and another Magolor...
